Von der Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung über die Auswahl und Beauftragung geeigneter Nachunternehmer bis hin zur Prüfung ihrer Rechnungen begleitest du den gesamten kaufmännischen Prozess. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Projektleitung, Bauleitung und Geschäftsführung zusammen und behältst Preise, Leistungen, Termine und Budgets zuverlässig im Blick.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Kalkulation unserer Innenausbauprojekte und erstellst auf dieser Basis wettbewerbsfähige Angebote, um neue Aufträge zu sichern.
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Nachunternehmer sowie Lieferanten, verhandelst Verträge und baust so unser Partnernetzwerk strategisch aus.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess – von der Anfrage über den Angebotsvergleich bis zur finalen Verhandlung und Vergabe der Leistungen.
- Als kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner prüfst du Rechnungen sowie Nachträge in enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung und unterstützt beim laufenden Projektcontrolling.
- Mithilfe von Excel und Kalkulationssoftware pflegst du relevante Projektdaten und schaffst eine verlässliche Datengrundlage für zukünftige Entscheidungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung beziehungsweise ein Studium mit Bezug zum Bauwesen.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf, in der Kalkulation, im Projektcontrolling oder in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung.
- Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Bauleistungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse, Angebote, Aufmaße und Nachunternehmerrechnungen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und verbindlich und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Anfragen den Überblick.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und trittst gegenüber Nachunternehmer und Lieferant professionell auf.
- Du denkst wirtschaftlich, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind für die Zusammenarbeit in unserem internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil.
- Der sichere Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und gängiger Projekt- oder Kalkulationssoftware rundet dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
