Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie berichten direkt an die Divisionsleitung und sind verantwortlich für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sowie die technische, strategische und kulturelle Ausrichtung der Business Unit
- Sie steuern die Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Investitionen
- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch, entwickeln die Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter und planen Personal qualitativ und quantitativ
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Gewinnung neuer Kund:innen und Projekte, den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Kundenmanagements sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Sie gestalten die strategische Ausrichtung und Langfristplanung Ihrer Business Unit, einschließlich der technischen Weiterentwicklung im Einklang mit einer nachhaltigen und bereichsübergreifenden Unternehmensstrategie
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung technischer Standards sowie der Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement der VINCI Gruppe sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Energie oder Versorgungsnetzbau oder einen vergleichbaren Werdegang
- Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im baunahen Projektgeschäft mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führungsverantwortung
- Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit einschlägigen Normen, Gesetzen und Standards, z. B. DVGW, AGFW, VDE oder VOB, und sind bereit zu entsprechenden Fort- und Weiterbildungen
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Schaffung und Umsetzung von Strukturen sowie Kommunikationsstärke, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und strategisches sowie budgetorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sie besitzen fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit SAP
- Sie haben einen Führerschein der Klasse B, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
