Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das Abschlusswesen, die ordnungsgemäße Kontierung, Buchung und Verarbeitung der Hauptbuchbelege sowie die entsprechende Kontenabstimmung bzw. -analyse
- Du erstellst die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der dir zugeordneten Gesellschaften nach HGB
- Du kümmerst dich um den Saldenabgleich der Intercompany-Transaktion, erstellst die Intercompany-Berechnungen und verbuchst die Ein- und Ausgänge
- Du verantwortest die fachliche Führung sowie Unterstützung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhalter
- Du wirkst bei der Anfertigung von Jahressteuererklärungen mit und bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für unseren Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Du bist aufgrund unserer "Zukauf-Strategie" mitverantwortlich für die Integration von neuen Betrieben in die bestehenden Buchhaltungsprozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
- Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen in einer mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe oder einem Konzern mit
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie abschlusssichere Kenntnisse in HGB und idealerweise in IFRS
- Du zeigst Kenntnisse in IT Anwendungssystemen insbesondere SAP als Key User sowie in den MS-Office Anwendungen, speziell Excel
- Du punktest mit deiner analytischen und strukturierten Denkweise, deiner selbständigen Arbeitsweise und deiner hohen Affinität zu Zahlen
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein Auge fürs Detail aus und Vertrauen, Respekt, Kollegialität sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen sind für dich wichtig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
