Das erwartet Dich
- Du bist für das eigenverantwortliche Führen und Entwickeln Deiner Teammitglieder und für das Managen Deines Stores zuständig
- Die Beurteilung Deines Teams, die Vereinbarung und Dokumentation von Zielen und Verantwortlichkeiten gehören in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich
- Du unterstützt bei der Sortiments- und Einkaufsplanung sowie im Visual-Merchandising und schaffst eine perfekte Einkaufsatmosphäre für unsere Gäste
- Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen und Verkaufsstrategien zuständig und pflegst eine aktive Gastbeziehung
- Zahlen, Analysen und Auswertungen sind stets in Deinem Fokus und Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Einhaltung, Kontrolle und Auswertung von Verkaufskennzahlen
- Du organisierst und führst regelmäßig Teammeetings und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- In all Deinen Aktivitäten und Handlungen setzt Du unsere Unternehmensphilosophie und -werte ganzheitlich um

Das bringst Du mit
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Teamleiter im Textileinzelhandel
- Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder Dienstleistungsbereich (kein Muss!)
- Dein ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein und Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken mit
- Du besitzt eine Affinität für Mode bzw. Funktions- und Outdoor-Bekleidung und hast Freude am Umgang mit hochwertigen Produkten
- Zusätzlich besitzt Du ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Deine Flexibilität und Eigenmotivation stets lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten, runden Dein Profil ab
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
