Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Sie führen eine Bestandsaufnahme der bisherigen IT-Lösungen und Arbeitsprozesse in den Unternehmen Ihrer Kunden durch
- Sie erarbeiten gemeinsam mit Ihren Kunden deren Engpässe im Arbeitsalltag und entwickeln IT-Lösungsansätze, um diese zu beseitigen. Zur Unterstützung nutzen Sie dabei unsere Interview-Leitfäden und Checklisten
- Sie optimieren die Arbeitsabläufe in Unternehmen durch intelligenten Einsatz von modernen IT-Lösungen
- Sie managen und setzen selbständig Kundenprojekte im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung, Anpassung und Migration von IT-Systemen oder Software-Lösungen um
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und ergebnisorientiert, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse und Planung
- Sie unterstützen unseren Vertrieb in PreSales- Terminen

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:
- Sie sind sicher in der Gesprächsführung und erkennen die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden
- Sie sind erfahren in der Durchführung von Ist-Analysen, der Feststellung von Engpässen und der Erstellung von Soll-Konzepten
- Sie haben ein freundliches, sympathisches und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld, Virtualisierung von Servern und Clients, Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen
- Sie verfügen über Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (nice to have) sowie Firewall-Kenntnisse des Herstellers Fortinet oder anderer Hersteller (nice to have)
- Sie können IT-Projekte von der Bestandsaufnahme über die Planung und Durchführung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss steuern und ggf. durchführen
- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
