Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich um die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketingaktivitäten mit internationalen Key-Accounts
- Du bist die direkte Schnittstelle zu den Marketing-Manager:innen unserer Auftraggeber (z.B. Ring, Facebook, Sumup, Osmo, Nuki)
- Du verwaltest Marketing-Budgets unserer Auftraggeber sowie Erfolgskontrolle und Reporting
- Du steuerst externe Agenturen in den Bereichen Promotion, Marketing, PR, Kreation & Design
- Du gestaltest und stellst Marketingmaterialien und Content für Key-Accounts und unsere Sales Teams bereit
- Du bereitest Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen sowie Consumer Insights auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine kreative und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Interesse zu neuen Medien und Technologien aus
- Du konntest bereits 3 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder in der Prozessoptimierung sammeln und hast dich als Organisationstalent entpuppt
- Du bist belastbar und bringst die Fähigkeit, bei mehreren parallel laufenden Projekten Prioritäten zu setzen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und bist ein richtiger Excel Profi
- Kommunikation intern wie extern zählt zu deinen Stärken
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und fühlst dich auch bei der Kommunikation auf Englisch wohl

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
