GERNERALIST - Kundenbetreuer im Innendienst - Fachbereich Kfz-Versicherung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die qualifizierte Sachbearbeitung im Innendienst, sowohl in Vertrags- als auch Schadensangelegenheiten
- Du hast direkten Kunden- sowie Versicherer-Kontakt im Bereich der Kraftfahrtversicherung mit Schwerpunkt Gewerbe und Industrie
- Du unterstützt deinen Teamleiter im Bestandsmanagement sowie den Vertrieb bei Akquisitionsvorbereitungen
- Du arbeitest bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Qualitätssicherung mit
- Du kümmerst Dich um sonstige Aufgaben nach Bedarf (bspw. Projektarbeiten)

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast nach Deiner versicherungsfachlichen Ausbildung bereits qualifizierte Erfahrungen bei einem Erstversicherer oder Versicherungsmakler im Bereich der Kraftfahrtversicherung (möglichst im Bereich Gewerbe/Industrie) sammeln können
- Du bringst eine zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise sowie eine gute Auffassungsgabe mit
- Du bist es gewohnt, selbstständig und mit Eigeninitiative deine Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bewältigen
- Du agierst kundenorientiert und zeichnest dich durch hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
