Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter (m/w/d)der Versorgungstechnik/Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung (Senior Engineer) bei Technischen Anlagen im Außenbereich. Was erwartet Sie?
- Führen eines Projektteams, bestehend aus mehreren Sachbearbeitern und Konstrukteuren
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung inkl. Terminmanagement und Kostencontrolling
- Kontrolle von Ausschreibungen, Prüfen von Angeboten und Erstellen von Vergabeempfehlungen für den Bauherrn
- Qualitätskontrolle während der Bauausführung
- Nachtragsmanagement inkl. Kosten- und Terminverfolgung
- Steuerung zugehöriger Inbetriebnahme- und Abnahmeprozesse
- Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsüberwachung gemäß WPW QM-Vorgaben
- Koordination und Organisation der Mitarbeiterweiterbildung
- Mitwirken bei Rechnungslegung und Auslastungsplanung
- Mitarbeit an Akquisitionsvorgängen und Bewerbungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäude- und/oder Energietechnik
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) in Bearbeitung und Leitung komplexer Projekte der TA oder Infrastruktur
- Zielorientierte, gewerkeübergreifende Denkweise und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, Ausschreibungsprogrammen und gängiger Berechnungssoftware
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
