Kundenberater im Innendienst für die Vermietung von Baumaschinen und Baugeräten (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie ermitteln proaktive den Kundenbedarf und die Kundenanforderung zum Sicherstellen der bestmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen umfassend rund um unsere Produktpalette
- Sie bauen aktiv neue Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegen die vorhandenen Kundendaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem und im CRM
- Sie übernehmen die komplette Auftragsbearbeitung, sowie Abwicklung von Reklamationen und die Disposition der Mietartikel
- Sie disponieren die Mietartikel.
- Sie organisieren die Pflege und Wartung, sowie die vorgeschriebenen Überprüfungen der Mietmaschinen
- Sie kümmern sich um die Verwaltung der Lagerbestände sowie Inventurdurchführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Innendienst oder der Vermietung
- Sie kommen idealerweise aus Bonn oder der Region südliches Köln
- Sie zeigen Spaß am Umgang mit Kund:innen und scheuen sich nicht, neue Kundenkontakte aufzubauen
- Sie verfügen über einen routinierten im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und idealerweise schon mit SAP
- Sie arbeiten organisiert, zuverlässig und selbständig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
