Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest unsere Bauvorhaben aus den Bereichen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für öffentliche, gewerbliche und private Auftraggeber, sowie im Kundendienst
- Du übernimmst die Materialdisposition, Montage- und Personalplanung und unterstützt bei Fragen zu Aufmaßerstellung, Abnahme, Nachtragsmanagement und Abrechnung mit deinem Know-how
- Da du „deine“ Bauprojekt vor Ort betreust und unseren Kunden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehst, kannst du dich auf jede Menge Abwechslung freuen
- Mit klaren Anweisungen und einer guten Portion Fingerspitzengefühl koordinierst du dort sowohl unsere Montage- und Konstruktionsteams als auch die Nachunternehmer

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, ein Studium (z. B. Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima-, Anlagen- oder Gebäudetechnik, Facilitymanagement etc.) oder bist Techniker bzw. Meister (m/w/d)
- Erwünscht ist eine fundierte Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Bauabwicklung, jedoch keine Bedingung
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du überzeugst durch deine freundliche und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, Spaß am Kontakt mit Kunden, an Teamarbeit und begeistert mit deiner Macher-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
