Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst, planst, koordinierst und steuerst alle Prozesse, um für unsere kleinen sowie großen Kund:innen tolle Designs auf die Straße zu bringen
- Du übernimmst die wirtschaftliche Verantwortung, hast immer einen Überblick über den zeitgerechten Projektablauf und kümmerst dich um den Ausbau bestehender Etats
- Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:in sowie den internen Disziplinen, wie bspw. Kreation und Strategie
- Du präsentierst und moderierst Kundentermine
- Du führst Kund:innen, Etats und Kolleg:innen komplett eigenständig und souverän

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld mit
- Du verfügst über Branchenkenntnisse, ein gutes Kundengespür gepaart mit Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und souveränes Handling komplexer Projekte aus
- Du bringst einwandfreie Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint mit
- Du punktest mit Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und großen Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Du überzeugst mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
