Was erwartet dich?
- Du wartest, reparierst und prüfst Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Klimaanlagen – im Privat- und Gewerbebereich.
- Im Störfall bist du schnell zur Stelle und findest die Ursache – auch bei kurzfristigen Einsätzen.
- Du nimmst neue Anlagen in Betrieb und stellst sie optimal ein.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, unterstützt vom Büro und deinem Team.
- Du bist unser Gesicht bei unseren Kund:innen – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig.
- Du dokumentierst digital, was du erledigt hast.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas-Wasser-Installateur o. ä. (m/w/d)
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst mit – aber auch motivierte Einsteiger:innen sind willkommen
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du arbeitest ordentlich, zuverlässig und lässt dich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
