Was erwartet dich?
- Du erarbeitest, auf Basis deiner Analyse, individuelle Vermarktungskonzepte für Büroimmobilien
- Du erarbeitest mit Unternehmen ein Flächenprofil nach den speziellen Anforderungen und zeigst anschließend alle Büroflächenoptionen auf, die am Markt für Kundinnen und Kunden zur Verfügung stehen
- Du koordinierst Besichtigungs- und Verhandlungstermine sowie die Vorbereitung und Führung der Gespräche mit den Kundinnen und Kunden
- Du arbeitest in einem ambitionierten Team, in dem du auf das Know-How und die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeitenden zählen kannst
- Du erstellst mit den Mitarbeitenden Vermarktungsunterlagen und Marktberichte
- Du verantwortest die Neuakquise von Kundinnen und Kunden und bereitest Projekte nach
- Du tauschst dich stetig mit Kooperationspartnern aus dem Netzwerk aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
