Als (Key) Account Manager im Customer Solution Management (m/w/d) bei uns wirst du das Herzstück in der Verbindung zwischen unseren Kunden und ihren Endnutzern sein. Du wirst maßgeschneiderte Omnichannel-Kommunikationslösungen konzipieren, implementieren und optimieren. Durch deine Arbeit hilfst du Unternehmen dabei, ihre Kundenservice- und Kommunikationsprozesse zu digitalisieren und zu verbessern, um einen reibungslosen und effektiven Kundenservice auf Plattformen wie WhatsApp, SMS und Facebook Messenger zu ermöglichen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Konzepterstellung und Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops (im Team mit weiteren Kolleg:innen) zuständig
- Du unterstützt die Angebotserstellung und die Vertragserstellung
- Du kümmerst dich um die Koordination und Steuerung der Einrichtung und begleitest den Kunden beim Onboarding
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten sowie zu Technik und Controlling
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskund:innen
- Du kannst weitere Tätigkeiten je nach deiner Qualifikation und deinem Interesse übernehmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
