Was erwartet dich?
- Strategische Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von kreativen Performance Marketing Kampagnen (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter Zielgruppen
- Unterstützung bei Paid Search Campaign Set-ups und Optimierungen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen über alle Paid Channels hinweg zur Steigerung der Inbound-Lead Generation sowie der CAC-Payback times
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du an der Verbesserung der Conversion Rates vor und nach dem Klick
- Erstellung von Reports und Forecasts sowie kontinuierliches Tracking der Performance der jeweiligen Kampagnen
- Recherche, Identifizierung sowie Testen neuer Kanäle zur Steigerung der Performance

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaftslehre etc. oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du bringst 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Performance Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Paid Social mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem Facebook und LinkedIn Business Manager
- Du bist analytisch und weißt, wie man Kampagnen systematisch optimierst und bringst ein ausgeprägtest Verständnis für SaaS-KPIs mit
- Du hast kreative Ideen für neue Kampagnen und kannst deine Ideen klar kommunizieren
- Du nimmst Dinge proaktiv in die Hand und möchtest dich stetig weiter entwickeln

Can I process my application afterwards?

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
