Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für unsere Account Manager:innen, Projektleiter:innen und Kund:innen die erste Instanz in Sachen UX
- Du klärst mit dem Auftraggebenden die Anforderungen an die UX seines Content- und Commerce-Auftritts
- Du stimmst die UX-Anforderungen mit den Teams Design und Technik ab
- Du erstellst entsprechende Konzepte und Prototypen
- Du begleitest mit deinem UX-Knowhow die Implementierung in Projekten und die fortlaufende Optimierung
- Du hast dabei auch die wirtschaftliche Seite pragmatisch im Blick
- Du schulst und coachst unser Team in Sachen UX

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der UX-Beratung, Konzeption und Durchführung von E-Commerce-, Web- oder Softwareprojekten
- Du begeisterst dich für die UX von datengetriebenen Funktionen wie Multipricing, Facettenfilter, Produktkonfiguratoren, Downloadcentern, komplexen B2B-Warenkörben
- Du verstehst den technischen und datenseitigen Background so weit, dass du dich mit Entwickler:innen dazu verständigen kannst
- Du hast idealerweise auch ein (Basis-)Verständnis der üblichen datenhaltenden Systeme wie ERP, PIM, MDM, CRM und typische Schnittstellen
- Du verfügst über einen Überblick über strategische Business-Anforderungen im E-Commerce, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
- Du bist ein kreativer Kopf und kommunikationsstark in Beratungs- und Projektsituationen
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit pragmatischen Kund:innen aus dem gehobenen Mittelstand mit
- Du bringst Deutschkenntnisse mindestens des CEFR-Level C1 sowie Englischkenntnisse ab B1 mit

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
