Sales & Product Manager im Bereich Chemie und Kosmetik (m/w/d)
Was ist Ihre Aufgabe?
- Sie gewährleisten eine nachhaltige Präsenz bei unseren Home Care Kund:innen und begleiten sie eigenständig bei der Entwicklung ihrer Projekte
- Sie betreuen die bestehende Produktpalette unserer Partner und werden dabei von engagierten Teams unterstützt
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote inkl. Preiskalkulation
- Sie verhandeln Preise mit Kund:innen und Lieferanten
- Sie erstellen und verantworten Ihr jährliches Verkaufsbudget
- Sie sind auch im Außendienst tätig (30 – 40 %)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische/naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung/Studium
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im Bereich Home Care und I&I mit
- Sie zeigen Freude am Verkauf und die Fähigkeit, Kund:innen zu überzeugen
- Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie verfügen über praxisgerechte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
