Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Steuerung des Personals, unter Einhaltung und Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sowie wirtschaftlichen Parametern.
- Ebenfalls beachten Sie die IFS-Richtlinien sowie das Fuhrpark- und Transportunternehmer-Compliance System.
- Sie gewährleisten eine vollständige und lückenlose Dokumentation der Transporte.
- Dabei überprüfen Sie auch die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Lenk- und Ruhezeiten sowie die Durchführung von Verstoßbelehrungen und Fahrerunterweisungen.
- Zu Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich gehören die ständige Optimierung der Auslastungs- sowie Leerkilometerquote und bei Bedarf der Einkauf von zusätzlichem Fachtraum.
- Sie führen eine kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Analyse des Transportmarktes durch, wie z.B. Frachtpreisentwicklungen, und können dadurch Alternativen und proaktive Strategien im Transportmanagement evaluieren.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägigen praktischen Erfahrungen, idealerweise im Bereich Lebensmitteltransporte.
- Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen und SAP ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie kennen die gesetzlichen Lenk- sowie Ruhezeiten und bringen ein geographisches Grundverständnis mit.
- Mit Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe behalten Sie auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und reagieren flexibel.
- Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sind eine verantwortungsbewusste sowie kommunikative Persönlichkeit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
