Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwandelst das technologische Potenzial von grünem Wasserstoff und nachhaltigen Treibstoffen in einem spannenden Zukunftsmarkt in eine kommerzielle Realität
- Du betreust einen oder mehrere Lohnfertiger in der Fertigungskette im Bereich unserer Elektrolyse-Stacks und Module
- Du baust enge Arbeitsbeziehungen zum Lieferanten auf und bist vertrauensvolle erste Ansprechperson, des Weiteren verantwortest du den Aufbau eines Kennzahlensystems und deren Einhaltung durch den Lohnfertiger, stellst du die technische und kaufmännische Projektqualität während deines Projekts sicher und arbeitest eng mit der Industrialisierungs-Abteilung zusammen
- Du bist nicht nur verantwortlich für den Aufbau eines Kennzahlensystems und deren Einhaltung durch den Lohnfertiger, sondern auch für die Führung eines oder mehrere interdisziplinäre Projektteams, wobei du dich an agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden orientierst
- Du berichtest direkt an den Head of External Manufacturing Sites, sowie gegebenenfalls an Steering Committees und Stakeholder Boards

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlich fachlichen Vertiefungsrichtung und besitzt starkes Interesse an innovativen Technologien
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von (Industrialisierungs)-Projekten hochvolumiger Produkte mit bzw. hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Auftragsfertigern. Produktionsplanung, Wertstromplanung, Risikomanagement, Lastenhefte, Konstruktionsfreigaben, Maschinenabnahmen, Fähigkeitsnachweisen, SOP und PPAP sind für dich vertraute Begriffe
- Du bist organisiert, hast ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und kannst deine Kolleg:innen motivieren, die Projektziele zu erreichen, bist bereit, regelmäßig und in kritischen Zeiten verstärkt an unseren Fertigungsstandorten präsent zu sein und den Fertigungshochlauf zu betreuen
- Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft und unternehmerischer Intuition, bist gut organisiert, mit selbstsicherem Auftreten und Geschick für Präsentationen und Verhandlungen und gehst aufgeschlossen, neugierig und proaktiv auf andere zu
- Du hast Lust, langfristig auch internationale Partner aufzubauen und zu betreuen
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
