Als Technical Solution Designer (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale weltweite Anlaufstelle und Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und Service, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement sowie Unternehmen und Kund:innen – Du bist ein zentraler Competence Point für technische Umsetzungen von der Konzeption bis zur Produktion.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du klärst gerne technische Kundenanforderung und beurteilst den Angebotsumfang nach technischen, wirtschaftlichen und zeitlichen Möglichkeiten in Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen
- Du arbeitest technische Konzepte (Lösungskonzepte) und technische Angebotsausarbeitung, ggf. mit Unterstützung der Fachbereiche aus
- Du leitest nach einer Einarbeitungsphase eigenständige technische weltweite Angebotsprozesse
- Du erstellst Angebotskalkulationen innerhalb des Angebots für Budget- und Festpreisangebote
- Du sicherst den Erfolg für unsere Kund:innen zu sichern, indem du Projekte mit der Entwicklung initiierst
- Du unterstützt in komplexen Service-Fällen als Technical Expert unsere Servicetechniker:innen und stellst deine Expertise zur schnellen Lösungsfindung zur Verfügung
- Du steuerst die Fachbereiche bei Kundenlösungen und übernimmst Leadership bei der technischen Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme
- Du organisierst und führst regelmäßige Technical Reviews in Bezug auf die Umsetzung und Machbarkeit von Kundenprojekten und -anforderungen
- Du führst im Nachgang zum Verkaufsprozess Reviews intern und extern durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktentwicklungsbereich
- Du zeichnest dich durch besonderes Interesse an der Halbleiter- und Präzisionstechnik aus
- Du punktest mit sehr hoher kommunikative Kompetenz (auf allen Ebenen) und einer proaktiven Kommunikation
- Du zeichnest dich durch die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit des konzeptionellen und strategischen Denkens aus
- Du besitzt sehr hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
- Du bringst weltweite Reisebereitschaft mit (mind. 40 %)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
