Für unser Delivery-Team suchen wir einen (Senior) Manager (m/w/d). Arbeiten kannst du in einem unserer Büros in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Mannheim oder Frankfurt!
Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst als Schlüsselelement unserer Organisation die Gesamtverantwortung für Projektteams und bist in diese integriert
- Du hältst im Zusammenspiel zwischen Kundschaft, Projektteam und Partner die Fäden in der Hand, erspürst kritische Situationen und löst diese durch dein Handeln
- Du führst Verhandlungen mit deinem Projektteam durch, berätst Kund:innen bei komplexen Vergaben und Transformationsprojekten und verantwortest als Face-to-the-customer die Strategieentwicklung
- Du treibst und begleitest Akquisitionstätigkeiten voran in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Partner
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Methodenvielfalt verantwortlich und vermittelst dein Know-how im Rahmen von Trainings und Coachings den Verhandlungsführenden unserer Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Hochschulstudium aus den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Natur- und Sozialwissenschaften, der Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung oder hast alternativ einschlägige Erfahrung in der Industrie oder Ähnliches und kannst idealerweise internationale Arbeitserfahrung einbringen
- Du bringst fundierte Expertise in einer Projektfunktion oder im Projektmanagement mit und hast bestenfalls bereits Berührungspunkte in Transformationsprojekten oder sogar der Verhandlungsführung sammeln können
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, siehst dich als Teamplayer (m/w/d), der seine Kolleg:innen jederzeit unterstützt und motiviert, hast abstraktes Denken, kannst komplexe Sachverhalte rasch nachvollziehen wie auch zielgruppengerecht vermitteln und überzeugst durch ein selbstsicheres Auftreten und kommunizierst freundlich, offen sowie direkt
- Du zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung aus und bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
