Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt namhafte Automotive-Kunden und stehst in ständigem Austausch mit Top-Entscheidern der Industrie
- Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb, wobei du dich auch bei Fragestellungen rund um Strategie, Ziele Organisationsentwicklung, Prozesse, Governance und Technologie.
- Du begleitest und führst Projekte von der Analyse über die Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Implementierung und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte
- Du hast neben deinem strategischen Know-How zu Marketing und Vertrieb ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Themen wie Media, Customer Relationship-, Lead-Management sowie daran angrenzenden Bereichen wie zum Beispiel E-Commerce und die Motivation, dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln
- Du treibst selbstständig Geschäftsentwicklung und den Aufbau sowie die Pflege von Kunden- Netzwerken voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst herausragende akademische Leistungen an einer führenden Hochschule nachweisen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Management, Marketing und Vertrieb
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungskontext, vorzugsweise mit Automotive/Mobility Hintergrund oder bei einem OEM/Zulieferer
- Du brennst für Digitalisierungs- bzw. Transformationsthemen und bist idealerweise gut vernetzt in der Automobilindustrie
- Deine exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und emotionale Intelligenz sowie Empathie sind die Grundlage für die Koordination und Abstimmung der verschiedenen Stakeholder und internen Teams
- Du zeigst Pioniergeist und Tatendrang und weißt gleichzeitig, dass große Karrieren nur in einem Umfeld entstehen, das von Mitmenschlichkeit, Respekt und Teamstärke geprägt ist
- Dein Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist fließend. Kenntnisse anderer Sprachen ergänzen Dein Profil gegebenenfalls zusätzlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
