Sachkundige Person für die Endfreigabe von Arzneimitteln (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie geben Arzneimittel der ACA Pharma gemäß Annex 16 der EU GMP-Richtlinie frei, vorausgesetzt, dass Sie mit dem Produkt und den für dessen Herstellung und Prüfung eingesetzten Verfahren vertraut sind
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Arzneimittelchargen ordnungsgemäß hergestellt und geprüft wurden und mit allen Aspekten der Zulassung zum Zeitpunkt der Freigabe und den jeweiligen SOPs übereinstimmen
- Sie bewerten und genehmigen Abweichungen
- Sie genehmigen SOPs und andere Vorschriften und Dokumente, inklusive Ergänzungen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Freigabe stehen sowie die Überwachung und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des QMS
- Sie erteilen Auskünfte an die zuständige Behörde im Rahmen der Mitwirkungspflicht gemäß § 66 AMG, soweit sie die Freigabe und die Zulassung betreffen
- Sie beteiligen sich an der Beurteilung von Reklamationen und Rückrufen insbesondere bei Qualitätsmängeln
- Sie stellen sicher, dass das Product Quality Review in angemessenen Zeitabständen erstellt und bewertet wird und alle qualitätskritischen Systeme validiert sind
- Sie stellen sicher, dass Rückstellmuster entsprechend den Vorgaben gezogen und gelagert werden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Approbation als Apotheker (m/w/d) und Sachkunde gemäß §15 AMG und der aktuellen GMP-Anforderungen (an die Herstellung, Lagerung und Kontrolle von Arzneimitteln)
- Sie sind vertraut mit den Produkten und den für ihre Herstellung und Prüfung eingesetzten Verfahren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
