Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden von unserer Marke im hochwertigen Wassersportequipment Segment
- Du berätst unsere Kunden professionell bei all ihren Anfragen und betreust sie vollumfänglich im Entscheidungs- und Kaufprozess, egal ob telefonisch, online oder in unserem Showroom
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für unser Bestell- und Versandwesen
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Kundenservice mit
- Du aktualisierst und erweiterst unseren Produktkatalog um neue Wassersport- und Trendsportartikel
- Du betreust und pflegst zusammen mit dem Team das Produktsortiment unseres Online-Shops. Dabei bist Du mitverantwortlich für qualitative Produktbeschreibungen und erstellst relevanten Content (z.B. Artikel, Expertenstatements)
- Du rundest mit Deinem Fachwissen die Qualität unserer Fachinhalte ab
- Du unterstützt das Team in sämtlichen organisatorischen Prozessen
- Bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Testevents unserer Produkte unterstützt Du uns tatkräftig vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst als wichtigste Basis eine große Begeisterung für den Wassersport, da du selbst passionierter Wassersportler bist und hast optimalerweise fundierte Erfahrung im Surfsektor, Kitesurfen, Foil etc.
- Du kannst 1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung vorweisen (B2C)
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit. E-Commerce-spezifisches Fachwissen kannst Du Dir bei uns und mit unserer Hilfe aneignen
- Du weißt genau, wie Du Kunden zu Produkten im hochwertigen Segment berätst
- Du verfügst über eine vertriebsorientierte Denkweise, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du bietest unseren Kunden ein einzigartiges Kauferlebnis, indem Du Sie online und offline intensiv berätst. Dabei sprichst Du sowohl über unsere Produkte als auch die Geschichte und betreibst aktives Storytelling. Das ist Deine Berufung!

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
