Als Teamlead R&D – Light Technology (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung unserer am schnellsten wachsenden Marke im Portfolio der Adam Hall Group und leitest ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Produktspezialisten, Ingenieuren und Projektmanagern.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
· Mitarbeiterentwicklung: Du förderst die berufliche und persönliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter für zukünftige Herausforderungen.
· Dienende Führung: Als Coach und Trainingspartner bist du für deine Mitarbeiter/innen da.
· Fachliche Kompetenz: Dank deines umfassenden technischen Verständnisses und deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten erkennst du Probleme schnell und findest innovative Lösungen.
· Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du berätst den Leiter der R&D-Abteilung, das Produktmanagement und arbeitest mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Maschinenbau und dem Produktdesign zusammen.
· Strategische Planung: Du nimmst aktiv an der Roadmap-Planung, der strategischen Personalbesetzung und der Projektplanung teil, um die ehrgeizigen Ziele von CAMEO zu erreichen.

Das bringst du mit:
- AUSBILDUNG: Du verfügst über einen Diplom- oder Masterabschluss der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach alternativ verfügst du über einen Meistertitel
- ERFAHRUNG: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen aus der Produktentwicklung mit. Idealerweise hast du schon erste Führungserfahrungen gesammelt. Erfahrung in Projekten mit Partnern in Fernost ist von Vorteil.
- KENNTNISSE: Du verfügst über Expertenkenntnisse im Bereich der Lichttechnik. Idealerweise in Verbindung mit Veranstaltungstechnik
- SOFT SKILLS: Du hast die Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges Team in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu führen. Du gibst deinem Team Sicherheit und kommunizierst souverän mit anderen Abteilungen und dem Senior Management
- SONSTIGES: Du besitzt ein gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache und du bringst eine Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit nach Fernost mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
