Key Account Manager für Projektmanagement und Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d)
Wir sind eine inhabergeführte Designagentur und zählen zu den führenden deutschen Agenturen im Bereich BRANDING, PACKAGING DESIGN & FINAL ARTWORK. Wir entwickeln, gestalten und realisieren ganzheitliche Marken- und Designlösungen für nationale und internationale Handelsunternehmen und Markenartikler.
Unser Team besteht aus 47 Kreativen, die täglich mit Herzblut, Leidenschaft und Engagement daran arbeiten, Produkte und Marken für Verbraucher in Szene zu setzen. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Verpackungsdesign für die Lebensmittelbranche.
Was sind Deine Aufgaben?
• Eigenverantwortliche Koordination der Projektabläufe und Prozesse eigener Key Accounts
• Aktive Kundenpflege sowie lösungsorientierte, wertschätzende Kommunikation mit den Kunden
Zusammentragen von möglichen Kunden Beschwerden intern und extern mit umgehender analytischer Ursachenforschung, Lösungsfindung, Dokumentation und Kurzreporting an die Geschäftsleitung
• Annahme von neuen Kunden Projekten und Job-Koordination innerhalb der Work-Teams
• Wertschätzende Begleitung der Teammitglieder und Work-Teams auf projektbezogener Ebene
• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Kunden Beratung, Projektmanagement, Struktur und Organisation
• Übergeordnete Beratungsfunktion für die Work-Teams (für die Bereiche Kreation, Grafik, EBV, QS und Produktion mit Unterstützung der fachlichen Leitung)
• Planung und Sicherstellung der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern in den Work-Teams
• Lösungsorientiertes Konfliktmanagement innerhalb des Work-Teams
• Selbstständig Teammeetings organisieren, moderieren und leiten
• Wirtschaftlicher, operativer Jahres-Forecast
• Kundenkostenmanagement
• Projekt Forecast und Team Auslastung, Jobprognosen, Auftragslagencheck und Personal Kapazitätsplanung
• Übergeordnete Key Account Etatverwaltung, Budgetkontrolle und Ergebnis Dokumentation zur Reporting Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
• Sicherung der Einhaltung der ADWORK Prozessabläufe und Qualitätsstandards
• Optimierung des fachbereichsübergreifenden und kundenspezifischen Workflow-Prozess
• Fachmännische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Team- und Personalentwicklung (Talent Management) und Personalführung

Deine fachlichen und Soft Skills
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium (BWL)
- 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Key Account Manager*in und/oder Senior Kundenberater*in oder Etatdirektion in einer Agentur
- Fachmännisches Basiswissen im Bereich BWL/Marketing/Strategie/Beratung/Management/Design
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Führungspositionen mit Personalverantwortung sowie Erfahrung in der
