Finanzcontroller für betriebswirtschaftliche Analyse (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Datenerfassung, -analyse und -auswertung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext sowie die Erstellung von Finanzberichten gemäß HGB/IFRS in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater/Wirtschaftsprüfer. Zudem sind Sie Ansprechperson für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer und relevante Behörden
- Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Richtlinien und analysieren den finanziellen Status mit Schwerpunkt auf Abweichungen in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. Ihre Berichterstattung erfolgt an den Werksleiter und das Finanzteam
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Finanzplanung, -steuerung, Budgetierung und Liquiditätssicherung, führen Controlling-Aufgaben, Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen und Cashflow-Berichterstattung durch und pflegen Daten im CSB-System
- Sie setzen Konzern- und Personalbuchhaltungsrichtlinien sowie Controlling-Vorgaben um und sind verantwortlich für Rentabilitätsanalysen und -verfahren für Projekte, Investitionen sowie die Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Kalkulationen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftlich oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlich orientiertes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling/Finanzen oder eine Weiterbildung als Controller:in bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität, arbeiten selbstständig, ziel- und ergebnisorientiert und bringen Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit einer positiven Grundeinstellung mit
- Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie ERP-Systemen
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen, bereits erworbene Fachkenntnisse im Finanzbereich, sehr gute Kenntnisse in buchhalterischen Abläufen und verfügen neben Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke sowie kaufmännische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gewinn- & Verlustrechnung, Bilanzierung, Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation, Reporting & Planung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
