Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Vergleichssoftware fachlich und konzeptionell weiter
- Du analysierst neue Anforderungen auf ihre Machbarkeit und stellst produkt- und fachspezifische Sachverhalte in digitalen Medien und Kundenbriefen verständlich dar
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich zeitkritische und komplexe Problemstellungen und identifizierst und priorisierst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
- Du erstellst Umsetzungskonzepte für die IT und koordinierst und stimmst diese mit Kund:innen, UI/UX Expert:innen und Entwickler:innen ab
- Du unterstützt bei Testprozessen und der Qualitätssicherung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann /-kauffrau (m/w/d) oder für Versicherungen und Finanzen, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich – idealerweise in der Lebens- und Sachversicherung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie technisches Verständnis
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und arbeitest sorgfältig
- Du bist teamorientiert und besitzt Organisations- sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bringst hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft mit und gehst kompetent mit Microsoft Excel sowie Präsentationstechniken um
- Du hast sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
