Was erwartet dich?
- Anpassung des Projektstrukturplans (PSP) bezogen auf das Kostencontrolling (Liquidität und Rentabilität)
- Plausibilitäts- und Stichprobenkontrollen der Angebotskalkulation hinsichtlich der Preise und Kostenzuordnung zu den Arbeitspaketen
- Verteilen der finalen Budgets als Benchmark
- Kontinuierlicher SOLL-IST-Abgleich der Budgets und Aktualisierung der Budgets
- Plausibilitäts- und Stichprobenkontrollen während der gesamten Projektabwicklung hinsichtlich der Ressourcen (Lohn, Material, Technik)
- Erstellung eines Forecasts für die Kostenentwicklung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Commercial Project Manager
- Unterstützung bei der Kostenzuordnung von generellen Ausgaben auf die einzelnen Budgets
- Berechnen der prognostizierten monatlichen oder quartalsweisen Projekt-GuV nach IFRS und der PoC-Methode
- Erstellung des monatlichen Kostenreportings als Teil des Projektstatusberichtes

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung als Project Cost Controller für Projekte > 100 MIO€
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, speziell Excel und Navision
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementtools (Mitkalkulation, Budgetplanung, Projektstatusbericht o.ä.)
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in komplexen Matrixorganisationen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
