Was erwartet dich?
- disziplinarische Führung und Verantwortung der Commercial Project Manager und Project Cost Controller
- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, insbesondere in den Themenbereichen Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement sowie Projekt-GuV (IFRS, PoC)
- Kostenverantwortung für die Projekte des Bereiches
- Aufbau eines effektiven Teams zur qualifizierten Bearbeitung aller rechtlichen und finanziellen Themen im Rahmen der Projekte
- Verantwortung für das Chancen- und Risikomanagement in finanzieller und rechtlicher Hinsicht
- Verantwortung für das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
- Verantwortung für die regelmäßigen Budget- und Ressourcenplanung
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung/Weiterentwicklung prägnanter Prozesse zur Sicherung der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Management Office
- Entwicklung eines Businessplanes für den Bereich und Abstimmung der Strategie mit der Geschäftsführung im Rahmen eines regelmäßigen Strategiemeetings
- Sicherstellen der Erreichung der einzelnen Projektziele und somit der Bereichsziele (KPIs)
- Steuerung der regelmäßigen Projektstatussitzungen durch die Projektleiter an die Geschäftsführung
- Benennung qualifizierter Commercial Project Manager und Project Cost Controller für die einzelnen Projekte des Bereiches

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement von EPC-Projekten > 100 MIO€
- mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Management und Leadership sowie Verhandlungsführung
- abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- wünschenswert ist eine PM-Zertifizierung
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
