IT-Security-Specialist (m/w/d)
Die zentrale Einrichtung S(kim) bündelt die Aufgaben einer Hochschulbibliothek, eines Medien-/Rechenzentrums und eines Lehr-/Lernzentrums der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. In einem innovativen IT-Umfeld im S(kim) bist Du Mitglied eines im Aufbau befindlichen Teams für IT-Sicherheit. Das Hauptaufgabenfeld befindet sich im Bereich der operativen IT-Security. Du koordinierst und setzt konkrete Maßnahmen im Security Bereich um, und arbeitest eng mit den Teams für die Bereiche Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Applikationen im S(kim) der TH OWL zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt die operativen Maßnahmen zur Erreichung des Grundschutzes bzw. der Standardabsicherung nach BSI in Zusammenarbeit mit den Service-Verantwortlichen um
- Du bist verantwortlich für das operative Incidentmanagement bei Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Du unterstützt bei der Detektion und Reaktion von Sicherheitsvorfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Du bist die Schnittstelle und koordinierst Schwachstellenscans, Penetration Tests, Red-Teams und die SOC Funktionalitäten eines externen Dienstleisters
- Du koordinierst und arbeitest mit beim Aufbau eines IT-Notfallmanagements nach BSI 200-4
- Du etablierst Backup- & Wiederherstellungstests mit den Service-Verantwortlichen und koordinierst forensische Untersuchungen sowie Beweissicherung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-/Verwaltungs-)Informatik, einer Naturwissenschaft, eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in (w/m/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Informationssicherheit und der BSI Methodik/Framework
- Du hast idealerweise Schulungen/Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit absolviert
- Du kennst dich gut mit dem Aufbau und dem Betrieb von komplexen vernetzten IT-Diensten aus
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Incident- und Risikomanagement sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Betrieb vernetzter IT-Lösungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit, kommunikative Stärke, Zuverlässigkeit, Serviceorientierung, ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Initiative sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf die Nutzeranforderungen aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
