Die zentrale Einrichtung S(kim) bündelt die Aufgaben einer Hochschulbibliothek, eines Medien-/Rechenzentrums und eines Lehr-/Lernzentrums der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. In einem innovativen IT-Umfeld im S(kim) leitest Du verantwortlich den Aufbau des IT-Notfallmanagements innerhalb des IT-Security Teams. Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams für die Bereiche Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Applikationen im S(kim) zusammen und stimmst Dich mit dem zentralen Krisen- und Notfallmanagement der TH OWL ab.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du etablierst das Notfallmanagement auf Basis des BSI Standard 200-4
- Du konzipierst das Vorgehen mit einem qualifizierten externen Dienstleister nach den Empfehlungen des BMI und BSI
- Du stimmst ab und integrierst in das Krisen- und Notfallmanagement der TH OWL, das für nicht IT-Vorfälle etabliert wurde
- Du stimmst ab und integrierst die Vorarbeiten im Bereich Backup und Recovery
- Du etablierst Backup- & Wiederherstellungs- und Wiederanlauftests mit den Service-Verantwortlichen
- Du unterstützt bei Detektion und Reaktion (Incidentmanagement) von Sicherheitsvorfällen in Zusammenspiel mit externen Dienstleistern und dokumentierst Prozesse und Services auf Basis der BSI Bausteine in einem ISMS
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Service-Verantwortlichen Mitarbeitenden des S(kim) aus anderen Teams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-/Verwaltungs-)Informatik, einer Naturwissenschaft, eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Informationssicherheit und der BSI Methodik/Framework
- Du hast idealerweise Schulungen/Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit/Notfallmanagement absolviert
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Etablierung von Controlling- und Audit-Prozessen mit und hast Kenntnisse im Incident-, Risiko- und Krisenmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Betrieb vernetzter IT-Lösungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit, kommunikative Stärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Serviceorientierung aus
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Initiative sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf die Nutzeranforderungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
