Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson in unserer Praxis und empfängst unsere Tierhalter*innen mit ihren Tieren herzlichst
- Du sicherst mit Deinem Organisationstalent einen reibungslosen und sorgenfreien Praxisalltag
- Du übernimmst die administrative Kommunikation und Terminvergabe für Tierhalter*innen digital und vor Ort
- Du koordinierst das Patientenmanagement in Kooperation mit unseren Tierärzt*innen und Tiermedizinischen Fachangestellten
- Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit unserer MD Medical neue Optimierungspotentiale, die eine Erleichterung des Praxisalltags bewirken
- Du koordinierst Prozesse im Service-Bereich, darunter die regelmäßige Prüfung des Terminkalenders, die Einhaltung und Optimierung von nicht-medizinischen Prozessen, die Überprüfung der Hygienestandards im Kundenbereich, die Koordination übergreifender Prozesse zum medizinischen Bereich (TFAs und Tierärzt:innen), die Prüfung der Schichtplanung im Service, die Koordination der korrekten Weiterleitungen von Gutschriften und Zahlungen, das Onboarding neuer Service-Mitarbeiter:innen und die Koordination der Aufgabenverteilung der Service-Mitarbeiter:innen im Alltag

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
