Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst - Verkaufsadministration (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
- Sie gewährleisten den reibungslosen Ablauf der Verkaufsabwicklung, einschließlich Auftragsannahme, Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Übergabe der Aufträge an unseren Spediteur, Überwachung der termingerechten Auslieferung, Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Bearbeitung von Lieferdifferenzen sowie Fakturierung von Aufträgen nach Auslieferung
- Sie übernehmen die Disposition von Handelswaren für das Lagersortiment und sind Key-User für unser Warenwirtschaftssystem im Bereich Verkauf
- Sie betreuen unsere Kund:innen proaktiv, pflegen Kundenstammdaten sowie die Preis- und Konditionslisten und erstellen Auswertungen für statistische Zwecke (Statistisches Bundesamt)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben nach einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt
- Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Business Central) sowie MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Sie haben eine hohe IT-System- und Prozessaffinität
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr selbstständige, lösungs- sowie teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus
- Zudem verfügen Sie über eine hohe Serviceorientierung und denken immer mit und voraus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
