Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Leitung unseres Marketing-Teams (aktuell zwei Festangestellte sowie Werkstudent:innen) und bringst eine operative Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
- Du erstellst die Jahresplanung inkl. effizientem Einsatz von Budget und Ressourcen zur Erreichung unserer Wachstumsziele.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Bereiche wie Content-Marketing (online & offline), Performance-Marketing (SEA, SEO), PR & Communications und Events.
- Du überwachst Branchentrends, Marktdynamiken und Aktivitäten der Mitbewerber, um Chancen für Innovationen und Optimierungen zu identifizieren.
- Du behältst die Übersicht von Planung, Durchführung und Exekution von Marketingmaßnahmen über alle aktiven Märkte (DACH, IT) hinweg.
- Du kümmerst Dich um kontinuierliche Analysen und Optimierungen der Marketing-Aktivitäten über alle Kanäle hinweg.
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte und Dashboards, um die Leistung der Marketingaktivitäten zu verfolgen und an das Management zu kommunizieren.
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung des Teams verantwortlich (inhaltlich, strukturell / organisatorisch).
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Departments zur Sicherstellung einheitlicher und effektiver Marketingunterstützung (Enablement) zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Online- und Offline-Marketing mit und möchtest nun den nächsten Schritt gehen und ein eigenes Team leiten.
- Du bist KPI-Driven und brennst dafür, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team das Unternehmenswachstum zu gestalten
- Du hast ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Marketingkennzahlen zu interpretieren und Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamführungsfähigkeiten.
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen.
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Software und/oder E-Mobility sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
