Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt Performance-Marketing-Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenakquise, Konversion und des Umsatzwachstums um
- Du verwaltest und optimierst eigenverantwortlich digitale Werbekampagnen über die Kanäle SEA, Display, Retargeting und Affiliate
- Du konzeptionierst die SEO-Strategie unseres Online-Shops und analysierst die KPIs von Kampagnen, identifizierst Trends und leitest daraus entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Leistungen ab
- Du führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, um die Online-Marketing-Ziele zu erreichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Online-Marketing, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing, insbesondere im Performance Marketing mit und bist versiert im Umgang mit Google Ads, Search Console, Google Merchant Center und dem Meta Businessmanager

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
