Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bewahren den Überblick, da Sie verantwortlich sind für das ganzheitliche Projektmanagement von anspruchsvollen Ladenbau- und Objekteinrichtungsprojekten für top Marken
- Sie zeigen Organisationstalent, indem Sie die gesamte Terminkoordination, Steuerung der Montage und sämtlicher Ausbaugewerke verantworten
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Stammkund:innen sowie Bindeglied zwischen Kund:innen, der Produktion und externen Gewerken
- Sie arbeiten kollegial und ergebnisorientiert in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus der Kalkulation, der Logistik und dem Key Account
- Sie bringen Methodenkompetenz und analytisches Denkvermögen mit und sind verantwortlich für das Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich der Einhaltung der kalkulierten Kosten und Timelines
- Sie sind konfliktfreudig und verfügen über pragmatische Denk- und Handlungsweisen, da Maßnahmen über den Tellerrand diskutiert werden müssen und oftmals eine schnelle Lösung her muss. Zudem übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams, inklusive der Durchführung von Mitarbeiterjahresgesprächen und der Erstellung von Personalentwicklungsplänen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Techniker:in, Meister:in oder ein Studium der Fachrichtung Innenausbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Holztechnik oder ähnliches
- Sie verfügen über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, und haben wünschenswerter Weise 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Sie haben bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen Zeichenprogrammen wie Vectorworks

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
