Teamleiter für Computer Vision & Data Science in der Medizintechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung für das Team Computer Vision & Data Science
- Sie erkennen und bewerten zukünftige Markttendenzen in den Bereichen Computer Vision, Augmented Reality und Artificial Intelligence und transferieren Trends und neue Methoden in die medizinische Anwendung
- Sie tragen zum Wissensaufbau im Bereich der Analyse von Daten aus medizinischen Anwendungen mit KI/ML und konventionellen Verfahren bei und implementieren neuartige Algorithmen
- Sie entwickeln das Team hinsichtlich (agiler) Softwareentwicklungsmethoden sowie regulatorischer Anforderungen für die Markteinführung von softwarenahen Produkten kontinuierlich weiter
- Sie stellen die Dokumentation von Forschungsprojekten (Berichte, Erfindungsmeldungen, Publikationen, etc.) sicher, berichten Ergebnisse an Stakeholder und koordinieren sowie gestalten den Kontakt zu internen und externen Projektpartnern sowie Key Opinion Leaders

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Medizin-/ Bioinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamführung für softwarenahe Produktentwicklungs- oder Innovationsprojekte in der industriellen Forschung und sind Experte in den Bereichen Computer Vision, Augmented Reality, maschinelles Lernen/AI und Deep Learning
- Sie beschäftigen sich gerne mit zukünftigen Trends und neuesten Technologien im medizinischen Anwendungsbereich und haben idealerweise Kenntnisse über notwendige regulatorische Normen und Konformitätsanforderungen für die Entwicklung medizinischer Software
- Sie kennen sich mit der Markteinführung von KI-bezogenen (Software-) Produkten für medizinische Anwendungen aus und hatten idealerweise bereits Berührungspunkte mit laparoskopischen und endoskopischen Anwendungen
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten in einem agilen Umfeld mit und verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
