Was wirst du machen:
- Du entwickelst und verbesserst unsere bestehenden Finanzmodelle und Investitionsberechnungen, um unsere strategischen Initiativen zu unterstützen
- Du gestaltest und optimierst unsere Finanzplanungsprozesse (Budget / Forecasts) und erstellst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Berichte und Aktionspläne
- Du analysierst komplexe finanzielle Informationen und verwandelst sie in wertvolle Erkenntnisse, um dem Management genaue und zeitnahe finanzielle Empfehlungen zu geben
- Du bist ein Business- und Sparringspartner für die Führungskräfte in allen Finanzfragen (FP&A, Controlling, Buchhaltung)
- Du leitest Projektmanagement-Aktivitäten für strategische Initiativen und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb und außerhalb des CFO-Bereichs zusammen, vor allem auf funktionsübergreifender Projektbasis
- Du feinjustierst bestehende und implementierst neue SAP-Prozesse, um die Qualität unserer Finanzberichterstattung zu verbessern

Wer du bist:
- Du hast einen Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in anspruchsvollen Umgebungen wie Finanzdienstleistungen und/oder Unternehmensberatung (idealerweise im Bereich Finanzinstitute) und/oder führenden Rollen im FP&A / Controlling
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu und Freude an der Analyse von Finanzdaten sowie eine präzise Arbeitsweise
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, Deutsch ist ein großes Plus
- Du hast ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse und besitzt Expertise im SAP (4/HANA) Reporting und Prozessen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
- Du kandidierst im CFA-Programm und hast einen guten Sinn für Humor, was von Vorteil ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
