Senior IT-Operations Manager in Fintech Start Up (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You create processes, standards and implement software tools
- You are responsible to develop structures within and above all departments for scalable growth
- You are aware of any regulation changes that might impact us and cooperate with other teams to ensure their proper implementation
- You ensure that all risks are monitored and counter measures are in place
- You are the face of our company towards different service providers and clients
- You lead licensing agreements, third party provider process integration and coordination with other developments
- You manage the access control of the software tools to ensure data privacy
- You manage and develop the operations team and help us to create the fundament above all departments for a fast-growing company

- You are experienced in process analysis and automation

- You possess technical knowledge about software development and infrastructure, that helps you in communicating with stakeholders
- You are passionate about optimization of processes through standards and innovative software tools

- You have the spirit to empower and develop your team accordingly
- You ideally have some of desired certifications in ITIL, Scrum, Lean, or any IT Security, data privacy

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
