Brand Manager for Product Marketing Strategies (m/f/d)

- You will lead the customer go-to-market strategy, working with the teams to translate insights into a series of cross-channel projects and campaigns
- You will use research and metrics as well as channel marketing manager feedback to continuously optimize your creative concepts and campaigns
- You will guide a diverse team of creative and product marketing professionals, who will be responsible for implementing your vision
- You will drive the team to strong positioning based on deep customer insights

What should you bring along?
- You have 3-5 years Brand or Product marketing experience (incl. at least 3 years in a leadership position), ideally gained in a consumer brand or a branding agency
- You are confident in briefing, conducting, implementing and interpreting market research, user interviews and brand tracker research
- You have had tangible experience uncovering deep customer and market knowledge that shapes planning and strategy
- You are familiar with campaign testing and offline performance measurement, in close collaboration with Analytics
- You are an outstanding communicator with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and top-notch storytelling
- You bring fluent in German and English skills

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
