Associate Project Manager - Remote (m/f/d)
- 3-5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods;
- Experience with customer-facing projects;
- Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and C2 level German;
- Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box;
- MS Office software (especially Excel), Salesforce is a plus;
- Technical affinity for Telematics and Automotive related topics (especially embedded electronics systems).
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex installations projects, like high Volume deployments for key customers requiring tailor-made adjustments, like additional hardware, complex preparation for integration of software or non WFS hardware, of our solutions in the DACH region
- You will be the ambassador of the Field Services department in your region and will be presenting key figures internally such as key progresses
- You know how to firmly deal with external and internal stakeholders and being the main contact during a deployment
- You enroll and manage 3rd parties installation partners in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (precise expectations, SLA analysis, coordinate training)
- You support the sales department in direct sales projects, pre-sales stage as well as during the execution of a contract

What should you bring along?
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods
- You bring experience with customer-facing projects
- You are a driven self-starter with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box
- You know how to work with MS Office software, especially Excel, Salesforce is a plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
