- You will be responsible for strategic, project and operational supply chain activities, including procurement, contracting and overall logistics
- You build a team to handle all procurement and contracting for the execution of capital projects
- You will be part of the Project Directorate and will support the Director of Programs to ensure the safe, timely and efficient delivery of projects
- You will ensure synergies are realized across all development, execution and production activities throughout our company
- You also look after value creation through the development of long-term strategic framework agreements with key equipment suppliers, engineering and EPC contractors and logistics partners

What should you bring along?
- You have already worked in similar positions in the area of plant or power plant construction, ideally in the construction of chemical plants or in the oil and gas environment or comparable, and have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- You have a degree in, for example, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, civil engineering or similar courses of study with a technical and economic focus
- You are an experienced leader who develops the strategic foundations and procurement standards for your team and ensures that the team members can deliver their top performance
- You are a professional in Supply Chain Management or Procurement in the area of construction of large scale technical plants, large EPC and EPCM projects, as well as in stakeholder management and contract design
- You bring fluent English skills

Wir haben ein Verfahren entwickelt, mit dem wir das heiße Thermalwasser des Oberrheingrabens in Baden-Württemberg nutzen, um einerseits über Geothermiekraftwerke Wärme und Strom zu erzeugen und andererseits, das darin enthaltene Lithium aus dem Thermalwasser zu extrahieren. Das Lithium bereiten wir für die Batterie Hersteller auf. Hauptsächlich verkaufen wir unser "Zero Carbon Lithium" an die Automobilindustrie. Das ganze ist CO2 frei und absolut nachhaltig!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
