Senior Project Manager for Webdesign Agency (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You plan and schedule large and small website projects based on sales documentation (client requirements, SOWs, etc)
- You manage available resources, prioritize tasks, and lay everything (milestones, client responsibilities, etc) out in our project management tool
- You lead internal and external calls and presentations, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives.
- You act as a client manager, being the link between production teams and clients to facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
- You plan, control, and manage client input and requirements to ensure that our design and development teams’ needs are met

Your Profile
- You have 2+ years of experience working as a producer/project manager in a digital agency
- You possess technical knowledge of web design and web development which allows you to effectively work with creative, development, and cross-functional teams
- You pay sharp attention to detail and QA and are keen to understand the (digital) business objectives
- You can deal with pressure and are phenomenal at communicating with clients & co-workers during stressful periods
- You bring strong team-building and people management abilities
- You are very well organized and extremely focused on structure and documentation, but you are flexible and can shift gears really fast

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
