Senior Product Manager for SCM - Remote (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You manage with a high scale of freedom the product life-cycle for our Supply, Production Resources Management & Order allocation scope, generating valuable results
- You determine and prioritize the right initiatives by understanding suppliers pain points, company strategy, market trends, and competitive activity
- You define requirements, write/communicate effective user stories, and manage your scope roadmap
- You work together with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and metal experts to solve problems, deliver new solutions and iterate existing initiatives
- You engage with Suppliers and Supply team to promote a sustainable network development and guarantee we allocate our orders optimally
- You monitor product performance to confirm if we are achieving expected outcomes and objectives
- You liaise with Operations, Supply and customer facing Product teams to guarantee that the best initiatives are being built, conditions for success are in place, and alignment is gained across teams

Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s or an advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, logistics or related fields
- You have 3+ years of experience in Software Product Management and complex web technologies, ideally in the supply facing scopes of ecommerce, digital products, or similar online businesses
- You have strong capabilities in production-centric optimizations, resource management, demand/supply optimization, automations and system integrations
- You have excellent analytical skills with 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel SQL pivot tables or similar
- You enjoy working on a complex product while being entirely passionate for technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry
- You take a hands-on approach to find solutions and accept ownership of your own work results
- You communicate well written and verbally in German and English, being able to interact with stakeholders inside and outside the company

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
