What can you expect?
- You get to understand the structure, problems and desires of our market, and continuously challenge your assumptions by feedback from customers, evaluators and potential customers
- You development and synchronize the business strategy for your products and functions
- You manage and synchronize your product roadmap, as part of the product portfolio
- You control the business side of your product
- You contributions to value, cost, pricing; grow revenue and profit – eventually CLV
- You manage partner relationships if they contribute to your product
- You explain vision and features clearly to stakeholders and scrum teams to form consistent understanding of goals
- You maximize the value of products to be delivered
- You coordinate with marketing, sales and support teams to optimize positioning, growth and customer satisfaction
- You coordinate product launches in our agile, continuous deployment setting

What should you bring along?
- You gained 3+ years working with agile development teams, sharing the vision, managing the product and sprint backlogs (writing epics and stories), helping to use tech resources in a most efficient way
- You know what NIHITO means, why it is important and where it comes from
- You have proven stakeholder and team management capabilities
- You score an entrepreneurial mindset and experience with working in growing small to medium companies.
- You have knowledge of software technology, software design and software product life-cycle in a B2B or B2C software environment
- You are proactive and able to take responsibility is part of your personal style
- You know how to leverage limited resources and how to convince with facts
- You are comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity and change
- You have the ability to take initiatives and work independently with distributed teams
- You are fluent in English and German
- You ideally have domain knowledge of finance, banking or process knowledge of medical practices
- You ideally are certified in product management or product owning

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
