GTM Operations Manager in Digital Logistics - Remote (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You own and manage our GTM tool stack, i.e. you steer our GTM activities with intelligence by setting up and automating workflows
- You analyse data and metrics to identify areas of improvement in our GTM conversions, performance, and systems, and implement changes to drive revenue growth
- You enable the best decisions with accurate reporting and updates on sales performance and identify revenue trends
- You are responsible for developing and managing our GTM incentive programs to motivate and reward our GTM teams
- You collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer experience to develop and execute effective GTM strategies and initiatives, including targeting, campaign execution, packaging, and pricing

Your Profile
- You have 2+ years of experience in GTM of a B2B SaaS Business and have developed a deep understanding of the revenue architecture and metrics for identifying improvement potentials and enabling process change
- You have prior experience in operating with a GTM tool stack, maintaining data, setting up workflows, and ensuring proper usage among other teams; prior experience with Hubspot, Make or Salesloft is a clear plus
- You have experience handling large data sets and feel confident in your Excel or SQL skills. Python skills can be beneficial
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy cross-team collaboration, independent research, and project management
- You have an open and positive mindset, stay up to date with the latest technology trends and love adopting them creatively in your daily doings
- You’re fluent in English, German skills are a plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
