Senior Economy Designer - Remote (m/f/d)
Your new role will require you to:
- Create (or provide assistance to create) economy models of our existing and upcoming games
- Develop or advise on high level strategies for the economies of our games to support the goals of our game teams
- Iterate and modify game economies to facilitate the creation of new features and events
- Work closely with our Product Managers, Game Designers and Live Operations specialists to deliver the desired game experiences and business KPIs through the economy of our games.
- Conduct regular reviews of in-game prices, rewards, and other economic features to ensure balance and fairness in our games
- Provide hands-on assistance where required to implement the right economy strategies for our LiveOps activities.
- Coach and develop Game Designers and Product Managers working on game economies throughout our studios

Your Profile
- Proven experience working in a systems / economy designer role
- Solid understanding of monetisation concepts
- Highly analytical, with proven skills in creating models and tools to simulate game economies, balancing, player progression etc.
- Bonus points for python, SQL skills
- Have shipped or worked on multiple f2p mobile games
- Capable of operating in a cross studio, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong passion for gaming and understanding player psychology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be proficient in English

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
