What can you expect?
- You will explore our savory snacks in 3 years through job rotations and get to know our Supply Chain and Logistics functions as well as Manufacturing Operations
- You can experience where we produce our famous snacks, spending time in one of our production plants and learn about the national and international dimensions of our business in job rotations or projects
- You are responsible for the planning to produce our tasty snack products at a Site or within a Region
- You help our Global Supply Chain team to improve and develop new strategies and ways of working with systems and processes
- You support a Site or a Region with their continuous improvement journey to eliminate waste, involving 100% of the people

What should you bring along?
- You are fluent in German and English, further language skills as well as international experience are beneficial
- You have an EU work permit
- You have a Master’s degree in a technical or business field, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing or similar and an APICS certificate would be beneficial
- You have at least two years of work experience, preferably in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing environment, and you are confident in using MS-Office standard software and have an ERP-understanding
- You bring along personal drive and initiative, a positive ‘can do’ approach, and a proven record to work together successfully with people of different backgrounds and hierarchy levels
- You convince us with your very good communication skills, verbally and written, and the ability to quickly learn and adjust to new environments
- You have the ability to work in the UK or Europe and the willingness to travel and to move, and you are willing to cover your accommodation costs during assignments that are not commutable distance

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
