So arbeiten wir
We are creative thinkers, algorithmic brains, makers, movers, and shakers. At our 2,000 square-meter site we connect digital and physical worlds. We believe in the formula “good head for numbers expert craftsmanship= excellent results,” which is why we create software and build autonomous robots. We develop all of our own electronics and do our own welding and soldering at our in-house workshop. But arculus is about more than work. We’re a community, and we love doing things together: team events, sports activities, lunch gatherings, and our yearly company off-site where we put our heads together to strategize for our future. We also like to make our workday fun by exchanging ideas in the open workshop area, making our own freshly ground, fair trade coffee with our sleek portafilter machine, barbecuing on our rooftop in the summer, and taking full advantage of our all-day supply of free Bavarian Spezi!
